Giant Mustard: Now in Flower

The Giant Mustard that was planted for a Green Manure crop has now started flowering.

My aim is to harvest heaps of seed to use in pickling and curries, and the green waste will be used in the garden. Mustard has great benefits when used as green manure…. the added benefit the bees seem to love it!!
