Replanting
I was lucky not to loose much in the heatwave… my 2 week old Golden Beetroot didn’t stand a chance though.
Tonight I replanted my foam box garden with
Golden Beets
Corriander
Shallots
Dwarf Butter Beans
And Zinia in a wooden box for some color
Fingers crossed for good weather!

Just muched on a big plate of my home grown veg again!
Loving steamed Beets-Â any suggestions on other ways i can prepare them?

- Yellow and crimson carrots
- Golden, crimson and regular beets (been eating the leaves too)
- Cauliflower
