Tonight’s ‘Foyer Food’

Tatsoi!

The Pak-choy that I planted everywhere bolted really quickly. ..meaning very few leaves grew and the stems were really woody.
The upside is that they yellow flowers attracted the pollinators and has been good for a splash of colur.

Happy to say that the Tatsoi has been much more successful.
This harvest came from the back garden and there are about 8 more growing in the east side!
